Payment is required at each appointment or in advance. Kids Play services can be paid for through Government Funding and gap payments from major private health insurers and Medicare

The clinic offers HICAPS to direct bill your health insurer as well as payment by cash, credit card, EFTPOS and bank transfer.

We understand that sometimes things crop up or kids get sick. We try to be flexible and offer telehealth appointments if you cannot make an appointment in person, just give us a call to let us know.

We have a cancelation fee for clients who cancel after 5pm, 3 days before the appointment , so please let us know early to avoid this.

Your child may be eligible for additional rebates through a government funded initiative. Please see our funding page for more details. We do not charge administration fees to access rebates.
